Job Summary
Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join Ottosen & Nygard Endodontics in Wenatchee, WA. Supported by Mosaic Dental Collective, with opportunities for growth in a positive, patient-centered practice. You’ll assist the dentist during a wide range of clinical procedures, prepare and sterilize rooms and instruments, take digital x-rays and maintain accurate patient records, and educate patients on post-op care and oral health maintenance. Contribute to a smooth day with a proactive, team-focused approach. Shift: 4 days a week. Pay range: $20.50--$28.16/hr. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and state-mandated certification/licensure/registration; 1+ years of RDA experience preferred; bilingual Spanish a plus; strong communication, organization, confidentiality, and ability to work in a fast-paced dental team.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or equivalent, and specified training courses as mandated by state for certification, licensure, or registration
- 1+ years of RDA experience preferred
- Certifications/licenses/registrations as mandated by applicable state
- Highly organized and attentive to patients’ needs
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Must be able to explain procedures and educate patients.
- Maintain a neat and professional appearance at all times.
- Uphold patient confidentiality and exhibit a compassionate and caring demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment as part of a diverse dental team.
- Ability to handle stressful situations with a calm and professional demeanor.
- Bilingual Spanish speaker a plus
