Job Summary
Welcome patients into the treatment area, discuss care plans, and answer questions. Take vital signs, record medical history, and prepare sterilized equipment for exams and procedures. Assist the dentist during procedures and schedule appointments. Adhere to all health and safety regulations and office policies. Maintain current state licensure as a Registered Dental Assistant with at least two years of experience. Provide high-quality patient care while demonstrating excellent communication and customer service skills.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree from a school certified by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) state licensure
- Previous experience as a dental assistant
- Current Basic Life Support/CPR certification
- Strong computer and data entry skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to provide high-quality patient care
