Job Summary
Conduct chairside assistance, sterilize instruments, and administer topical anesthetics while performing dental imaging, impressions, and temporary crown creation. Gather and record patient medical histories, manage dental charting, and educate patients on effective care practices. Organize instruments, maintain meticulous records, and adhere to strict infection control protocols to ensure a 5-star patient experience. Provide support in various clinic areas and participate in community outreach activities as assigned. Work full-time five days a week including alternating Saturdays, with two mandatory Saturdays per month. Requires active RDA certification and license, bilingual English/Spanish skills, and reliable transportation.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum age of 18
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Active RDA certification
- Active RDA license at time of hire
- Reliable transportation
- Availability to work clinic hours including Saturdays
- Two Saturdays a month are mandatory for all team members
