Job Summary
Gather and record patients' medical history, perform dental imaging including x-rays and impressions, manage patient records, and complete dental charting. Assist the dentist during treatments by handing instruments, administer topical anesthetics, and create temporary crowns while adhering to strict infection control protocols. Sterilize dental instruments, organize and prepare instruments for procedures, and educate patients on effective dental care practices. Foster a welcoming environment and provide support in various clinic areas as assigned. Participate in community outreach activities as needed. Work full-time five days a week including alternating Saturdays, with two mandatory Saturdays per month. Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum age of 18
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Active RDA certification
- Active RDA license at time of hire
- Reliable transportation
- Availability to work clinic hours including Saturdays
- Ability to stand
- Ability to walk
- Ability to use hands to finger, handle or feel
- Ability to reach with hands and arms
- Ability to sit occasionally
- Ability to climb or balance occasionally
- Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl occasionally

- Two Saturdays a month are mandatory for all team members
Desired Qualifications
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Minimum 1 year of Dental office experience
- Minimum 1 year of patient care or customer service experience
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills including data entry
