Job Summary
Conduct chairside assistance, administer topical anesthetics, and perform dental imaging including x-rays and impressions. Gather and record patient medical histories, manage records, and complete dental charting while organizing instruments and sterilizing equipment. Educate patients on care practices, create temporary crowns, and adhere to strict infection control protocols. Provide support in various clinic areas and participate in community outreach as assigned. Work full-time five days a week including alternating Saturdays, with two mandatory Saturdays monthly. Requires active RDA certification and license.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum age of 18
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Active RDA certification
- Active RDA license at time of hire
- Reliable transportation
- Availability to work clinic hours including Saturdays
- Two Saturdays a month are mandatory for all team members

Desired Qualifications
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Minimum 1 year of Dental office experience
- Minimum 1 year of patient care or customer service experience
