Job Summary
Conduct chairside assistance, gather and record patient medical history, and perform dental imaging including x-rays and impressions. Manage patient records, complete dental charting, and organize instruments for procedures while administering topical anesthetics. Educate patients on dental care practices, create temporary crowns, and sterilize instruments adhering to strict infection control protocols. Provide support in various clinic areas and participate in community outreach activities as assigned. Work full-time five days a week including alternating Saturdays, with two mandatory Saturdays monthly. Requires active RDA certification and license.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum age of 18
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Active RDA certification
- Active RDA license at time of hire
- Reliable transportation
- Availability to work clinic hours including Saturdays
- Two Saturdays a month are mandatory for all team members

Desired Qualifications
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Minimum 1 year of Dental office experience
- Minimum 1 year of patient care or customer service experience
