Job Summary
Provide chairside dental assistance and patient care under the supervision of Lead RDA and a Doctor, performing imaging (x-rays and impressions), patient records management and dental charting, instrument preparation, administration of topical anesthetics, and assistance with clinical procedures. Educate patients on dental care, assist with creating temporary crowns, and uphold infection control and sterilization standards. Offer front-office support as needed and participate in community outreach. Must have High School Diploma or equivalent and active RDA certification/licensure; bilingual English/Spanish preferred; 18+; minimum 1 year of dental office and patient care/customer service experience preferred. Full-time role with alternating Saturdays; located in Plano, TX.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum age 18
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Active RDA certification & RDA license
- Minimum 1 year of Dental office experience highly preferred
- Minimum 1 year of patient care or customer service experience highly preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly preferred
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills
- Reliable transportation and availability to work clinic hours, including Saturdays
