Job Summary
Welcome patients into the treatment area, discuss care plans, and answer questions. Take vital signs, record medical history, and prepare sterilized equipment for exams and procedures. Assist the dentist during procedures while adhering to all health and safety regulations. Schedule appointments and maintain accurate records using strong computer skills. This role requires a state-licensed Registered Dental Assistant with Extended Functions and at least two years of experience. Current Basic Life Support/CPR certification is mandatory. Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree from a school certified by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current Registered Dental Assistant (RDAEF) state licensure
- Previous experience as a dental assistant
- Current Basic Life Support/CPR certification
- Strong computer and data entry skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to provide high-quality patient care
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with CEREC CAD/CAM technology
