Job Summary
Registered Dental Assistant responsible for four-handed chairside assistance, supporting the clinical treatment of patients, assisting the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures, and managing supplies. Roles include operating and maintaining radiographic imaging, organizing and maintaining lab equipment, and charting dental care services in patient records. Maintain a safe, clean working environment in compliance with procedures and regulations; requires Texas RDA certification, and English proficiency with Spanish a plus. Must be able to work Monday 9:30am-6:30pm and Tuesday-Friday 7:30am-4:30pm. Implant experience is considered an asset.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of chairside dental assisting experience
- Registered Dental Assistant certification is required (Texas)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with proficiency in English; Spanish proficiency is a plus!
- Experience with iTero preferred
- Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization methods
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
