Job Summary
Prepare treatment rooms, patients, instruments, and materials; pass instruments and materials; and perform procedures in compliance with the Dental Practice Act. Assist the doctor in procedures, take x-rays and intraoral photographs, and assist in prophylaxis cleanings. Instruct patients on oral hygiene, chart cavities and teeth with the doctor, and chart the patient's treatment and treatment plan. Sterilize instruments and set up or breakdown rooms for treatment and hygiene. At CHOICE Healthcare Services, the largest provider of pediatric dental care in the Southwest United States, you will support orthodontics care delivery. The role requires a California Registered Dental Assistant License, X-Ray Certification, and current BLS certification. Bilingual Spanish speakers are preferred.
