Job Summary
Assist dentists and dental hygienists in providing primary care dental services to patients. Manage sterilization, preparation, and inventory control of dental instruments, supplies, and ensure proper infection control of all patient care areas. Maintain valid licensure with Coronal polishing, X-Rays, and Infection control certifications, completing Pit and Fissure Sealants training within 60 days. Hold a valid BLS certification and a valid CA Driver's License if assigned to mobile units. This role requires bilingual English/Spanish proficiency and successful completion of DOJ/FBI background clearance within 30 days for mobile unit assignments. Earn $28.00-$32.90 hourly with benefits including medical, dental, vision, 403(b) matching, and paid CME days. Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED certificate
- Credentialed as a valid licensed Registered Dental Assistant
- Coronal polishing certification
- X-Rays certification
- Infection control certification
- Pit and Fissure Sealants certification (required within 60 days after hire)
- Valid CA Driver's License (if assigned to Mobile Units)
- Successful completion of background DOJ/FBI clearance (if assigned to Mobile Units)
- Bilingual English/Spanish
- Valid BLS certification or higher (following AHA or American Red Cross guidelines)
