Job Summary
Provide intake assessments, counselling, education, and treatment planning for clients with psychological and physical diagnoses in an Abbotsford clinic; contribute to psychosocial case management, discharge planning, stakeholder discussions, and mentoring of team members within a return-to-work program; requires registration with BCACC, a counselling degree, and experience with chronic pain, concussion, PTSD, and return-to-work processes; flexible hours with part-time or full-time permanent role; salary $40-$52 per hour with benefits at 25+ hours/week.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of a recognized School of Counselling
- Registered member in good standing with BCACC
- Experience with chronic pain, concussion and/or PTSD
- Experience in Return to Work
- Ability to work effectively in an interdisciplinary team
- Effective communication with clients, payers, and stakeholders
