Job Summary
Serve as the first point of contact for daily client interactions, handling basic inquiries, quote provision, and meeting scheduling via phone, in-person, virtual, and mail. Onboard new clients, open accounts, and research security information while ensuring documentation remains current with firm and industry regulations. Process asset transfers, monitor cash awaiting investment, and generate weekly reports to contact clients on opportunities. Review corporate action items and alerts, input orders, rebalance portfolios, and prepare materials for advisor meetings using CRM software and spreadsheets. Assist with marketing efforts and seminars while actively engaging in training to stay current on policies.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 13 months to 3 years securities industry or related work experience
- SIE (Securities Industry Essentials Exam)
- Series 7
- Series 63, 65 and/or 66 as required by state
- SIE required provided that an exemption or grandfathering cannot be applied
- Series 7 required
- Series 63, 65 and/or 66 as required by state

Desired Qualifications
