Job Summary
Registered Client Service Associate role involves providing high-quality administrative support to Financial Advisors and clients, managing inquiries and scheduling, onboarding clients, processing asset transfers, and preparing financial reports. The position requires a strong ability to communicate effectively across various platforms, maintain records using CRM software, and handle multiple, detailed tasks while adhering to firm and industry regulations. Candidates should have a high school diploma, relevant work experience, and hold required certifications.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- One or more years of securities industry or related work experience preferred
- SIE required (unless exempt or grandfathered)
- Series 7 required
- Series 63, 65, and/or 66 as required by state
Desired Qualifications
- Effective communication skills across multiple platforms (phone, email, in-person, virtual)
- Ability to organize, manage, and track multiple detailed tasks and assignments
- Proficiency in Client Relationship Management (CRM) software or similar contact management software
- Skills in Excel, including developing spreadsheets as needed for ongoing reporting
- Ability to analyze and research account information
