Job Summary
Cultivate and enhance new and existing client relationships through active communication, processing requests, and resolving inquiries. Onboard and maintain client accounts by collecting information, assessing risk, and handling estate needs while inputting orders and discussing reinvestment options with Financial Advisors. Partner with advisors to develop business plans, support marketing strategies by managing digital platforms and planning events, and perform administrative duties including telephone coverage and travel coordination. Prepare financial plans and client reports for meetings, review account alerts, and actively engage in firm training programs. This role requires active Series 7, Series 66, and Series 63 licenses with two years of industry experience preferred. Base pay ranges from $35,360 to $90,000 annually.
Required Qualifications
- Active Series 7 (GS)
- Series 66 (AG/RA) or Series 63 (AG) and Series 65 (RA)
- High School Diploma/Equivalency
- College degree
- Strong industry, product, and branch procedures knowledge
- Exceptional writing, interpersonal and client service skills
- Detail oriented with superior organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Team player with the ability to collaborate with others
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Goal oriented, self-motivated and results driven
- Knowledge of financial services products, including but not limited to equities, bonds, options, mutual funds, annuities, insurance, and managed accounts
Desired Qualifications
