Job Summary
Cultivate and enhance client relationships by processing requests, resolving inquiries, and authenticating client information while ensuring documentation remains current. Onboard and maintain accounts by collecting data, assessing risk, and handling estate needs, then input orders and discuss reinvestment options with Financial Advisors. Prepare financial plans and reports for client meetings, take action on account alerts, and partner with advisors to develop business plans. Support marketing strategies by maintaining digital platforms, planning events, and participating in training. Perform administrative duties including telephone coverage, travel coordination, and calendar maintenance while actively collaborating with peers.
Required Qualifications
- Active Series 7 (GS)
- Series 66 (AG/RA) or Series 63 (AG) and Series 65 (RA)
- High School Diploma/Equivalency
- College degree
- Strong industry, product, and branch procedures knowledge
- Exceptional writing, interpersonal and client service skills
- Detail oriented with superior organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Team player with the ability to collaborate with others
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Goal oriented, self-motivated and results driven
- Knowledge of financial services products, including but not limited to equities, bonds, options, mutual funds, annuities, insurance, and managed accounts
Desired Qualifications
- Two or more years of industry experience preferred
