Job Summary
Registered Client Service Associate at Morgan Stanley delivers client service by cultivating and maintaining client relationships, processing requests, onboarding and maintaining client accounts, assisting with firm services and solutions (banking products and secure digital tools), preparing financial plans and client materials, and supporting Financial Advisors with a service model and marketing efforts. The role requires understanding firm policies and procedures, completing required documentation, handling money movement transactions, risk assessment, and coordinating client meetings and events, while staying current on policies, platforms, and training.
Required Qualifications
- Active Series 7 (GS) and Series 66 (AG/RA) or Series 63 (AG) and Series 65 (RA)
- Two or more years of industry experience preferred
- High School Diploma/Equivalency
- College degree preferred
- Strong writing, interpersonal and client service skills
- Knowledge of financial services products (equities, bonds, options, mutual funds, annuities, insurance, managed accounts)
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented
- Team player
