Job Summary

Registered Client Service Associate provides exceptional client service and supports Financial Advisor(s)/Private Wealth Advisor(s) teams. Responsibilities include supporting client relationships, processing money movements, answering general client questions, onboarding and maintaining client accounts, educating clients on digital tools, entering and managing account documentation, handling orders in a clerical capacity, supporting marketing initiatives, calendar and travel coordination, and maintaining knowledge of policies and platforms. Requires strong interpersonal skills, ability to relay account information, and proficiency with MS Office; licenses such as Series 7/66/63/65 and relevant experience are preferred.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma/Equivalency
  • College degree preferred
  • Active Series 7 (GS), and Series 66 (AG/RA) or Series 63 (AG) and Series 65 (RA)
  • Two or more years of industry experience preferred
  • Knowledge of financial services products (equities, bonds, options, mutual funds, annuities, insurance, managed accounts)
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
  • Exceptional writing, interpersonal and client service skills
  • Strong time management and multitasking abilities
  • Team player with collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment
