Registered Client Service Associate

Registered Client Service Associate at Morgan Stanley supporting client relationships and onboarding, processing client requests, guiding clients through banking products and digital offerings, preparing client materials, and collaborating with Financial Advisors to execute a client service model. Responsibilities include validating client information, handling money movements and estate needs, inputting orders, discussing reinvestment options and corporate actions, preparing financial plans and client reports, supporting marketing efforts, coordinating client meetings and travel, and participating in firm initiatives and training. Requires active securities licenses (Series 7 and Series 66 or Series 63 and Series 65) and prior industry experience; high school diploma or higher with college degree preferred. Strong communication, organizational, and MS Office skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with a team.
