Job Summary
Cultivate and enhance new and existing client relationships through active communication, processing requests, and resolving inquiries. Onboard and maintain client accounts by collecting information, assessing risk, and handling estate needs while inputting orders and discussing reinvestment options. Partner with Financial Advisors to develop business plans, prepare financial reports, and support marketing strategies by maintaining digital platforms and planning events. Perform administrative duties including telephone coverage, travel coordination, and expense reporting. Complete Series 7, Series 66, and Series 63 licenses; two years of industry experience preferred. Work within a fast-paced environment supporting the firm's capital management and client-first values.
Required Qualifications
- Active Series 7 (GS)
- Series 66 (AG/RA) or Series 63 (AG) and Series 65 (RA)
- High School Diploma/Equivalency
- College degree
- Strong industry, product, and branch procedures knowledge
- Exceptional writing, interpersonal and client service skills
- Detail oriented with superior organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Team player with the ability to collaborate with others
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Goal oriented, self-motivated and results driven
- Knowledge of financial services products, including but not limited to equities, bonds, options, mutual funds, annuities, insurance, and managed accounts
Desired Qualifications
- Two or more years of industry experience preferred
