Job Summary
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, handling requests until fully resolved and meeting them directly in a service and planning capacity. Support meeting preparation by pulling account information, preparing notes, and gathering materials for advisors. Assist with new client onboarding paperwork and ensure all client documentation remains accurate and current. Complete compliance tasks correctly and on schedule while collaborating with Financial Advisors, CSAs, and the Sales Assistant. Maintain an active Series 7 license and bring five or more years of financial services experience. Base salary ranges from $77,000 to $95,000 DOE at The Financial Center in Novi, MI.
Required Qualifications
- Active Series 7 license
- 5 or more years of experience in financial services
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with AssetMark and Advicent
- Comfortable with CRM systems
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office
- Someone who wants to serve clients long-term, not someone using this as a pit stop back to production
