Job Summary
Supports Financial Advisors and their clients and branch staff, handling high-volume inquiries, scheduling meetings, onboarding new clients, researching client and security information, processing asset transfers, monitoring cash and opportunities, preparing financial reports, inputting orders, maintaining CRM records, and assisting with marketing events. Requires effective multi-channel communication, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Preferred competencies include proficiency with CRM software, Excel, investment concepts, and knowledge of securities industry regulations; applicable licenses include SIE (required) and Series 7 (and 63/65/66 as required by state). Travel less than 25%. Education/Experience references High School Diploma or equivalent and 1+ years securities industry experience preferred, or an equivalent combination of experience, education, and/or training.
