Job Summary
Client Service/Administrative support role within Morgan Stanley's client service structure, assisting Financial Advisors/Private Wealth Advisors and teams with daily client relationships. Responsibilities include supporting client relationships, processing money movement transactions, answering non-investment questions, entering/pre-filling client documents, educating clients on digital tools in use (MSOnline, eSign, eAuthorization), supporting marketing initiatives, calendar and travel coordination, preparing expense reports, and general in-office support. Requires strong interpersonal, writing, and organizational skills, advanced MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and collaboration with others. Reports to Business Service Officer. Benefits package and opportunities for discretionary incentive compensation are offered.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalency
- College degree preferred
- Willingness to obtain Series 7 (GS), Series 66 (AG/RA) or Series 63 (AG) and Series 65 (RA)
