Job Summary
Registered Client Relationship Analyst provides client-focused support to Financial Advisors/Private Wealth Advisors and teams, including executing money movements, answering non-investment questions about client accounts, onboarding and maintaining client profiles, and educating clients on digital tools (MS Online, eSign, eAuthorization). Responsibilities include clerical data entry, preparing materials for client meetings, supporting marketing and research efforts related to investment portfolios, and handling administrative tasks such as calendar coordination, travel itineraries, and expense reporting. Requires a High School Diploma or Equivalency (college degree preferred) and active Series 7 and Series 66 (or Series 63 and Series 65) with 2+ years of industry experience preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong written, interpersonal, and client service skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/Equivalency
- Active Series 7 (GS) and Series 66 (AG/RA) or Series 63 (AG) and Series 65 (RA)
- Two or more years of industry experience preferred
- Knowledge of financial services products including equities, bonds, options, mutual funds, annuities, insurance, and managed accounts
- Exceptional writing, interpersonal and client service skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Team player with the ability to collaborate with others
