Job Summary

The Registered Client Associate will be a frontline, client-facing member of the branch team focused on delivering high-quality service to clients while supporting Financial Professionals. Key duties include servicing client requests via phone/email, planning and arranging client meetings, processing money movements, entering data for financial planning software, assisting with new account openings, maintaining client files and CRM notes, and supporting branch operations. The role requires staying current with compliance and FINRA/SEC rules, collaborating with compliance, operations, IT, marketing, and other functions, and contributing to the growth of the Financial Professionals’ business. The position is based in Boston, MA with a hybrid schedule (3 days in office) and a base compensation in the $55k–$85k range, plus potential incentives and benefits. Responsibilities emphasize client service, account administration, documentation management, team collaboration, and ongoing professional development. Candidates should have 3–7 years of relevant experience, an associate degree in a related field, SIE license, Series 7 and 66 (or 63/65) licenses or be able to attain them within 3–6 months, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, CRM, and document-management tools.

Required Qualifications

  • 3–7 years of relevant experience
  • Associate Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
  • SIE licensed
  • Series 7 and 66 (or 63/65) licensed, or able to attain within the first 3–6 months of employment
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
  • Experience with CRM and document management platforms
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Knowledge of FINRA/SEC rules and continuing education requirements
  • Ability to plan and execute client meetings and documentation
  • Familiarity with money movements (deposits, ACH, wires, withdrawals, rollovers)
