Job Summary
Registered Home Manager position leading a specialist residential home for young people with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs. Responsibilities include providing strong leadership to a multidisciplinary team, championing person-centred care and Positive Behaviour Support, ensuring Ofsted compliance and delivering high-quality, outcomes-focused care, safeguarding, risk management, and collaborative work with education, therapy, and external professionals.
Required Qualifications
- NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (or willingness to achieve)
- Full UK manual driving licence and access to own transport
