Job Summary
Lead the Church Stretton office by holding overall responsibility for care delivery, quality, compliance, and performance while fulfilling CQC Registered Manager duties. Inspire and develop your team to foster a positive, values-driven culture focused on person-centred care and continuous improvement. Drive service growth through community engagement, relationship building, and embedding best practice to establish the service as a trusted local provider. This role involves taking ownership of a newly established office at a key stage of growth, shaping the future of the service from the ground up. You will combine strong leadership with a proactive, hands-on approach to ensure the service consistently meets and exceeds standards.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in a leadership or management role within health and social care
- Strong understanding of person-centred care, quality standards, and regulatory requirements
- Confident leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Willingness to take on Registered Manager status
- A proactive, hands-on approach with the drive to build, lead, and continuously improve
- Right to work in the UK
- Satisfactory DBS check
- Satisfactory Reference Checks
