Job Summary
Registered Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) providing ABA intervention design, supervision, and program development for children and youth with ASD and developmental disabilities across multiple Ontario clinics. Responsibilities include assessing client needs, developing and supervising behavior plans, conducting Functional Analyses, training ABA Therapists and Lead Therapists, leading team meetings with caregivers and professionals, updating treatment plans, maintaining knowledge of evidence-based practices, and supervising graduate students, ABA Therapists, and RBTs. Includes opportunities for supervision hours, mentorship, and flexible clinic placements across Ontario, Alberta, and British Columbia. Emphasizes travel between clinics, supervision, and program quality with a strong focus on caregiver collaboration and evidence-based practices.
Required Qualifications
- Masters degree in Applied Behaviour Analysis or related field with ABA coursework
- Certified as a BCBA
- Experience with Functional Analyses and assessments
- At least 2 years’ experience in ASD/Developmental Disabilities
- Valid driver’s license and access to vehicle
- Current police check for the vulnerable sector
- Experience with ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP, EFL
- Evening and weekend hours may be required
