Job Summary
Provide direct ABA therapy to clients in a 1:1 setting as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) supporting BCBA supervision. Implement Behavior Support Plans for toddlers, children, and teens, collect and document data accurately, prepare instructional materials, debrief caregivers after sessions, collaborate with team, participate in in-service training, maintain confidential health information, complete authorized therapy hours, and perform related duties. Requires high school diploma or equivalent, an RBT credential, reliable transportation, background checks, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, strong communication skills, teamwork mindset, and flexibility to work in homes, schools, and community settings. Flexible scheduling offered with opportunities for advancement.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Registered Behavior Technician credential
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license with personal auto insurance
- Clear criminal background checks
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and engage in physical activity as needed
- Strong English written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Desire to build a career in disabilities services
- Ability to follow a BSP as written by supervising BCBA
- Basic data collection and documentation skills
- Flexibility to work in various settings (home, school, community) and varying schedules
- Sound technical and computer skills and reliable internet access
- Commitment to ethical practice and professional conduct per BACB
