Job Summary
RBT responsibilities include implementing behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision, attending supervision sessions and team meetings, collecting accurate data using our electronic system, and engaging positively with clients and their families. The role requires an RBT certification, at least 8 months of ABA therapy experience, and a high school diploma or equivalent. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–6:00 PM at our Houston, TX site with part-time employment and a new-hire bonus after 4 weeks.
