Job Summary
Collect accurate skills and behavior data on all areas targeted for intervention using the Catalyst data collection system. Implement a variety of teaching procedures, including discrete trial and naturalistic teaching, while understanding behavioral reduction interventions according to individualized Behavior Intervention Plans. Work directly with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder in homes, clinics, or schools under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Meet student needs such as toileting, feeding, and personal hygiene, and maintain effective communication with therapy teams and caregivers. Travel to client locations within a 30-45-minute radius and represent IBO professionally.
Required Qualifications
- RBT Certification or willing to test in the first two weeks of hiring
- ABA/Autism Care experience
- Reliable transportation and proof of insurance where applicable
- Afternoons 3:45pm - 6pm M-F
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or minimum of 48 college credit hours
- First Aid/CPR Certification or willingness to achieve certification in a face-to-face course
- Bilingual a plus
