Job Summary
As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with Total Care ABA, you will deliver individualized ABA therapy to children in home, school, and community settings across Tennessee. You will work one-on-one to help clients develop skills in communication, social, behavioral, and daily living areas, implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA, collect and document client data accurately, and collaborate with families and clinical teams. Travel to clients’ homes or community settings is required. The role requires RBT certification, active BACB registration, a high school diploma or GED, reliable transportation, and strong communication skills. Required Qualifications
- Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
- Active registration with the BACB
- High School Diploma or GED

- Experience working with children preferred
- ABA experience preferred but not required
