Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children in home, school, and community settings to help develop skills; implement treatment plans created by a BCBA; collect and document client data; support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills; collaborate with families and clinical team; travel to client homes and community settings to deliver services; in-person services throughout Tennessee; schedule options include Full-Time (35–40 hours/week) or Part-Time (10–20 hours/week); must hold RBT certification and maintain BACB active status; HS diploma or GED required; reliable transportation and ability to travel locally; training provided and opportunities for professional development.
Required Qualifications
- Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
- Active BACB registration
- High School Diploma or GED
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with children preferred
- ABA experience preferred but not required
