Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children in home, school, and community settings in Tennessee. Deliver individualized ABA therapy services and implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA. Collect and document client data accurately; support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development; collaborate with families and clinical team members; travel to client homes/community settings as required; participate in initial and ongoing staff training. Requires RBT certification, BACB registration, and a high school diploma or GED; reliable transportation for local travel. Flexible scheduling with full-time and part-time options is offered, along with competitive pay ($18–$26/hour) and benefits for full-time employees.
