Job Summary
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver individualized ABA therapy one-on-one with children in home, school, and community settings across Tennessee. Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA, collect and document client data accurately, support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development, collaborate with families and clinical team members, and travel to clients’ homes as needed. Requires RBT certification, BACB registration, a high school diploma or GED, reliable transportation, and strong communication skills. Required Qualifications
- Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
- Active registration with the BACB
- High School Diploma or GED
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- ABA experience preferred but not required
