Job Summary
As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) you’ll work one-on-one with children in home, school, and community settings to help them develop skills and reduce challenging behavior. Deliver individualized ABA therapy services, implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA, collect and document client data, support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development, collaborate with families and clinical team members, celebrate client successes, and travel to client homes/community settings as required to deliver services across Tennessee. Requires current RBT certification, active BACB registration, and a High School Diploma or GED. Full-time and part-time scheduling options available with competitive pay ($18–$26/hour), benefits for full-time employees, paid training, and ongoing professional development.

- Active BACB registration
- High School Diploma or GED
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with children preferred
- ABA experience preferred but not required
