Job Summary
Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children in home, school, and community settings. Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA, collect and document client data, support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development, and collaborate with families and clinical team members. Travel to clients’ homes/community settings as required; services provided in person throughout Tennessee. Training provided; opportunities for professional development and growth. Full-time or part-time schedules available with flexible shift options.
Required Qualifications
- Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
- Active registration with the BACB
- High School Diploma or GED
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with children preferred
- ABA experience preferred but not required
