Job Summary
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) delivering individualized ABA therapy one-on-one with children in home, school, and community settings across Tennessee. Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA, collect and document client data, support development of communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills, and collaborate with families and clinical team members. Travel to clients’ homes when delivering services and participate in ongoing staff training. Requires RBT certification, BACB registration, and a high school diploma or GED. Flexible scheduling with Full-Time or Part-Time options in Selmer, TN, with competitive pay and benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
- Active registration with the BACB
- High School Diploma or GED
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with children preferred
- ABA experience preferred but not required
