Job Summary
Deliver individualized ABA therapy services one-on-one with children in-home, in-school, and community settings throughout North Carolina. Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA, collect and document client data accurately, and support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development. Collaborate with families and clinical team members to celebrate client successes and help create meaningful progress. Travel to client homes and community settings as required. Participate in initial and ongoing staff training and commit to continued learning and performance improvement. Full-time roles offer 35–40 hours per week with flexible shift options, while part-time positions range from 10–20 hours.
Required Qualifications
- Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
- Active registration with the BACB
- High School Diploma or GED
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to travel locally
- Services provided in-person throughout North Carolina
