Job Summary
Deliver individualized ABA therapy services one-on-one with children in-home, in-school, and community settings throughout Georgia. Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA, collect and document client data accurately, and support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development. Collaborate with families and clinical team members to celebrate client successes and ensure meaningful progress while maintaining accurate records of client advancement. Travel to client locations as required to provide in-person services. Full-time positions offer 35–40 hours per week, with part-time options ranging from 10–20 hours.
Required Qualifications
- Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
- Active registration with the BACB
- High School Diploma or GED
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
