Job Summary
Provide one-to-one behavioral support and intervention to a child or adolescent with a medically diagnosed developmental, intellectual or behavioral health need; follow a treatment plan and implement interventions developed by a Behavior Consultant or a BCBA/BCaBA; services delivered in home, school, or community settings; perform mandatory monthly supervisions and trainings; maintain well written progress notes and data collection; assist with caregiver training and family support to stabilize the child and family; participate in monthly team meetings and ensure HIPAA compliance; complete required documentation and engage in relevant trainings; flexible hours may include evening hours; physical requirements include lifting up to 50 pounds and ability to perform routine clinical duties; supports Indian Creek Foundation and the ABA program.
Required Qualifications
- Board certified assistant behavior analyst certification (BCaBA)
- Board certified autism technician (BCAT) certification
- Certification as an RBT
- Minimum of one-year experience working with children with developmental disabilities, and/or one year of experience working with children/adolescents in the provision of behavioral health services; two (2) years' experience in the provision of behavioral health services preferred
- Satisfactory completion of post-offer pre-employment physical exam and drug test required; completion and clearance of yearly criminal background check, child abuse clearance and FBI Clearance
- valid driver's license with a clear three-year driving record.
- Ability to comply with HIPAA standards.
- Exhibits behavior as set forth by the Code of Conduct in the performance of their duties.
- Must meet requirements to maintain credential for RBT including supervision and RBT Competency renewals.
