Registered Behavior Therapist / RBT

Implement individualized applied behavior programming under the direction of a BCBA, including direct 1:1 ABA therapy. Use reinforcement, prompting, and shaping techniques to teach social and daily living skills while effectively responding to disruptive behaviors. Collect data on programming targets using an online system and provide support to parents, teachers, and caregivers to ensure program consistency across environments. Create a fun, motivating experience to generate high performance for every individual. Minimum of one year experience working with children with autism and ABA methodologies required; coursework to obtain RBT certification provided at the center. Flexible part-time schedules available with daytime, after school, early evening, and weekend options.
