Job Summary
RBTs implement individualized applied behavior programming under the direction of a BCBA, including direct 1:1 ABA therapy. Responsibilities include teaching ABA, social, and daily living skills; using reinforcement, prompting, and shaping; collecting data on ABA targets; and providing support to parents, teachers, and caregivers to implement programs across environments. Part-time role with flexible afternoon/evening/weekend availability at our outpatient pediatric center in West Windsor, NJ. Requires 1 year experience with autism and ABA; associates or bachelor’s in ABA is preferred. Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year experience working with children with autism & using ABA methodologies is required.
- Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis field is preferred but not required.
