Job Summary
Provide center-based ABA services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder under the supervision of a BCBA. Implement behavior intervention and skill acquisition programs, collect and record accurate data on client behavior and progress, follow BCBA-developed treatment plans, and use evidence-based ABA strategies (DTT, NET, reinforcement, prompting). Support clients with transitions and daily routines, maintain ethical and professional standards, and attend supervision, trainings, and team meetings.
Required Qualifications
- Active RBT certification (or willingness to obtain)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to pass background check
