Job Summary
Provide center-based ABA services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder as Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) under BCBA supervision. Implement behavior intervention and skill acquisition programs, collect and record data on client behavior and progress, follow BCBA-developed treatment plans, utilize evidence-based ABA strategies (DTT, NET, reinforcement, prompting), support clients with transitions and daily routines, maintain ethical and professional standards, attend supervision, trainings, and team meetings.
Required Qualifications
- Active RBT certification (or willingness to obtain)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to pass background check
