Job Summary
MeBe Family is seeking an aspiring RBT to join the MeBe Candidate Program in Spring, TX. The role involves hands-on ABA training, development of initial and updated treatment plans, behavior intervention planning, parent training, data analysis, and supervision hours as part of a supervised fieldwork program designed to prepare candidates to become a BCBA. Compensation is hourly with benefits and pathways to sponsorship, university partnerships, and ongoing mentorship from MeBe clinical staff. The role is full-time and located in Spring, TX with in-person requirements; the program offers structured trainings, paid supervision, and opportunities for leadership and continued education.
Required Qualifications
- Previous RBT experience
- Newly employed at MeBe
- Join MeBe as an RBT
- Pursuing a career as a BCBA
- Enrolled in BCBA program through online or in-person University or College or plans to do so in the next three months.
