Job Summary
The Registered Behavior Technician position involves applying behavioral principles to support clients, implementing Individualized Treatment Plans under supervision, and assisting clients with acquiring essential language, academic, and life skills. This role requires effective communication with clients, families, and colleagues while participating in staff training programs. Applicants should possess a high school diploma, be able to achieve Registered Behavior Technician certification within three months, and have relevant experience in Applied Behavior Analysis. Physical ability to manage client behavior and lifting requirements is also necessary.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma, preferably some college
- Registered Behavior Technician certification or ability to obtain within three months of hire
