Job Summary
Conduct home-based ABA therapy directly with young children diagnosed with autism in their natural environments. Teach essential communication, social, play, and daily living skills through fun, engaging, play-based activities. Receive ongoing training to ensure confidence in delivering high-quality services. Maintain a part-time schedule of 9-15 hours per week, typically afternoons between 3-7pm. Bring support, stability, and joy to families while collaborating effectively with professionals committed to helping children grow, learn, and thrive.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of a High School Diploma
- Active RBT Certification
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Web-enabled device (laptop or tablet)
