Job Summary
As an RBT Level 2, you’ll provide high-quality, direct ABA services under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Responsibilities include teaching independence through communication and daily living skills, applying ABA strategies, collecting and analyzing data, and collaborating within a multidisciplinary team. Ideal candidates will have a bachelor's degree in a related field, be an active RBT, and possess strong skills in data collection and communication. Full-time positions offer starting pay of $23.06/hour, paid training, mentorship, and a clear career progression.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, or a related field (required)
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
- Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant and to follow supervisory guidance
- Travel required; must have or be willing to obtain a valid New York State Driver’s License
Desired Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience implementing ABA programs and coaching peers on protocol implementation
- Strong data collection, graphing, and reporting skills
- Excellent computer skills (Windows, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, Word, Excel)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to give/receive performance feedback
