Job Summary

Deliver one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis services to clients using evidence-based interventions that support independence and positive behavior. Implement skill-building care plans as an integral member of the clinical team while recording session data accurately on electronic devices. Foster a positive learning environment by connecting directly with families to ensure consistent support. Provide these services in clients' homes or community-based locations, adhering to a part-time schedule with an expectation of a six-month commitment. No prior experience is required, as paid training is provided for new candidates.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • RBT certification
  • Willingness to learn
  • Passion for making a difference for children with Autism
  • Patience
  • Compassion
  • Ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations
  • Willingness to make a 6-month commitment

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience in education or early childhood development
  • Experience in childcare, babysitting, or youth mentorship
  • Experience as a teaching assistant, paraprofessional, or instructional aide
  • Experience in after-school programs or camp counseling
  • Experience in behavioral health, mental health, or social services
  • Experience in ABA therapy or working with individuals with Autism
  • Experience in healthcare support (DSP, CNA, HHA, PCA, caregiver)
  • Experience supporting a neurodiverse family member or loved one
